At the MSO Foundation, I believe in the power of entrepreneurship to shape futures and change lives.

What’s more, true entrepreneurship goes beyond profit—it’s about creating value, uplifting communities, and driving meaningful change. Success is measured not just by growth, but by impact.

Through strategic donations, I have provided funding to initiatives that drive social impact, support those in need, and create opportunities for a brighter future.

Free Mentorship Opportunity

Through my Foundation, I’m looking for a select group of ambitious entrepreneurs in Liverpool to join my exclusive mentorship programme, where I’ll personally coach you through the 10 Steps to Success in Business, the framework from my book that has helped countless entrepreneurs build and scale their businesses.

I know that not everyone has the money to afford high-level mentorship, and so this opportunity is for those who don’t have the financial backing but do have the drive, determination, and hunger to succeed. I want to help those who are ready to put in the work but just need the right guidance to get there.

Here are some of the individuals  and organisations I have supported:

I was delighted to fund Expect Ltd, the organisation behind the Bowersdale Resource Centre, which provides compassionate and respectful support to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities. The funding helped them offer highly requested music lessons and enhance their garden space—an achievement that earned them an invitation to the North-West Britain in Bloom awards.

Funded Coaching Sessions:

I have facilitated mentoring and coaching opportunities for multiple clients, entirely funded by the MSO Foundation. The mentoring and coaching sessions were either delivered by me personally, or a key member of my team, depending on the unique needs and goals of the client. One such client who received funded coaching was a local entrepreneur who was juggling numerous streams of work. Her coaching sessions enabled her to produce a focussed plan to help her ascertain her key goals and how to achieve them, and as a result she established a Community Interest Company (CIC). It’s been incredibly fulfilling to see her grow and take the steps toward making a meaningful difference in her community.

Sam P. Jalloh:

Sam, a war survivor, author, and international tennis coach from Sierra Leone, is deeply committed to transforming the lives of children and young people in his home country through sport and education. It has been my privilege to support his inspiring initiatives by providing tennis rackets, helping to create opportunities for the next generation to learn, grow, and thrive.
Builder Book logo - A creative educational resource for children
The MSO Foundation partnered with author Natalie Reeves Billing to sponsor and distribute the Builder Book Planet Pack, a creative and educational resource designed to enhance literacy skills. Through engaging activities, young people developed reading, writing, speaking and listening abilities while exploring their surroundings and applying their knowledge to the world around them. In 2024 alone, over 10,000 carbon-neutral literacy packs were distributed to children in our region, contributing to a total of 25,000 packs delivered across the Liverpool City Region since the initiative began in 2020.

As an entrepreneur dedicated to empowering local talent, I had the privilege of supporting Danielle in her dream to open her very own art studio. With a shared passion for creativity and community, I helped her transform her vision into reality, providing the resources and encouragement needed to offer inspiring art classes.

I had the privilege of supporting a member of my team, Donna Ostrom, in bringing her children's book to life by funding its beautiful illustrations and facilitating its publication. I was thrilled to assist her in turning her dream into reality, ensuring her message reached young readers everywhere. As a result of our shared belief in the power of storytelling, we have now established a publication company, Aquilla Books, so that we can help other local, budding authors tell their stories, too.

In their own words, Spark is a “youth-led movement that empowers young people to take charge of their futures through innovative, hands-on programmes in careers and enterprise.” As an entrepreneur and mentor in Liverpool committed to nurturing the next generation of business leaders in the Liverpool City Region, Spark represents a clear match to me for me to be able to offer my guidance and mentoring skills to their young people. I’ve held several visits and mentoring sessions with them and look forward to more in the future.
Tri4Life logo
Tri4Life is charitable organisation based in Wirral, UK, comprising a group of friends brought together in remembrance and friendship, and united by a passion for adventure and altruism. The incredible feats they undertake are a demonstration of human strength and resilience, and I am delighted to be a partner of them and the work they do. From sponsoring key events in their calendar, to even taking part in some of their bigger challenges, like climbing Baruntse in Nepal, it is an honour to be a part of their journey.
